Control Processors

The Crestron 4-Series CP4 control processor is the brain of a standardized room — one command from a touch panel can bring down a screen, switch sources, and set lighting and shades together. Systems are managed through the Crestron One app mobility license for remote access alongside dedicated touch panels.

DM NVX — AV-over-IP Video

DM NVX moves 4K60 4:4:4 HDR video over standard network switches instead of dedicated AV cable runs, which matters most once a deployment covers more than a handful of rooms. In stock: the DM-NVX-DIR-ENT Director virtual switching appliance for up to 1,000 endpoints, the DM-NVX-E760 encoder, the DM-NVX-363 encoder-decoder with Dante audio, and rack-mount card options including the DMF-CI-8 card chassis and DM-NVX-E760C encoder card.

DM NAX — Audio-over-IP

DM NAX handles the audio side of the same network — multi-zone streaming and paging without a dedicated audio matrix. Working with an Authorized Crestron Dealer

Crestron programming isn't plug-and-play the way a consumer device is — rooms are individually programmed against the specific control processor, touch panel layout, and connected AV equipment in that space. As an Authorized Crestron Dealer, Creation Networks handles that programming ourselves rather than subcontracting it, along with system design, rack build, installation, commissioning, and ongoing support after handoff. If you already have Crestron gear from a previous integrator, we can also take over programming and support on an existing system.

How to Choose a Crestron System

• Single room vs. standardized rollout — a one-off boardroom is a different design conversation than a control standard meant to repeat across dozens of rooms on one campus.
• Video conferencing platform — Crestron Flex ships in dedicated Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms configurations; picking the platform early avoids reordering hardware later.
• Network vs. point-to-point AV — DM NVX and DM NAX make sense once a facility has enough rooms that running dedicated AV cable to each one becomes impractical; a single room may not need the network layer at all.
• Existing infrastructure — an existing Crestron system from a previous integrator can often be extended or taken over rather than replaced outright.
• Ongoing support needs — Flex Care and similar support plans matter more for organizations that can't afford downtime on business-critical rooms.
