Every message your venue plays, in your guests’ languages
Translated once by professionals, voiced by native speakers and played on schedule through your Q-SYS sound system, with matching captions on your screens. No internet dependency and no running translation fees.
What is Creation Multilingual Messaging?
Creation Multilingual Messaging is a Creation Networks program that plays a venue’s recurring announcements in several languages. We translate each message once through a professional partner, record it with native-speaker voices and load it onto your Q-SYS Core, where it plays by zone, on a schedule or at the press of a button, with optional matching captions on your screens.
Say it once. Every guest hears it.
Your guests hear the same message in their own language, right where they are. Here is one wayfinding message as it might play across a venue.
Example only. Every message on a live system is professionally translated, voiced and approved by you.
From script to speakers in six steps
Your Q-SYS system does the playing. We handle the language work, the programming and the support.
Message workshop
We list your messages, languages, zones and triggers with you, starting from guest data, ticketing or the local census.
Translate and voice
A professional partner translates each message once and native speakers record it. You approve every script.
Load onto Q-SYS
Recordings are stored on your Q-SYS Core, with a branded venue chime if you want one.
Play where it matters
Messages play by zone, on a schedule, from a page station or touch panel, or from a contact closure from another system.
Caption your screens
Matching captions appear on your screens for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who prefer to read.
Monitoring included
Your first year of 24/7 Creation Clarity monitoring is included free. After that, extend with the Clarity plan that fits your venue.
Small, medium or large: pick your package
Each content package is a complete set of messages in 4 or 6 languages, translated, voiced, quality-checked and loaded onto your Q-SYS system by Creation Networks. Pair it with a monthly update plan to keep promotions current.
How many guests does it reach? Every package plays to everyone in range of your loudspeakers, with no user limit. Add Listen Technologies ListenWIFI and up to 500 guests per server hear their own language on their phones at the same moment; add servers for bigger crowds. Add phone listening with the 4-language Phone Listening Kit for Small and Medium packages, or the 6-language kit for Large.
- Small: 25 messages × 4 languages $5,000100 audio files, sized for a single building such as a hotel, clinic, city hall or visitor center. Pairs with Update Plan Basic: 10 new audio files a month.
- Medium: 50 messages × 4 languages $9,000200 audio files for resorts, convention centers, hospitals and campuses. Pairs with Update Plan Plus: 25 new audio files a month.

Frequently Asked Questions — Multilingual Announcements for Venues
Answers to the questions venue operators, guest-experience leaders and facilities teams ask most about multilingual announcements on Q-SYS. Last updated: November 2026.
What is Creation Multilingual Messaging?
Creation Multilingual Messaging is a Creation Networks program that plays a venue’s recurring announcements in several languages. Each message is professionally translated once, recorded by native-speaker voice talent and stored on your Q-SYS Core, where it plays by zone, on a schedule or at the press of a button, with optional matching captions.
It sits alongside our wider audiovisual services, so the same CTS-D & CTS-I certified engineers design, install and support it.
What is language access, and how do multilingual announcements support it?
Language access means giving people with limited English the same information everyone else gets. Creation Multilingual Messaging supports it by playing every recurring announcement, from wayfinding to closing times, in the three to five languages your guests speak most, with matching captions for guests who read rather than listen.
Your venue chooses the languages from guest data, ticketing or the local census during the message workshop.
What’s the difference between recorded multilingual messages and live AI translation for a venue?
Recorded multilingual messages are translated and voiced once, then replay with no per-play or per-hour fee. Live translation converts speech as it happens and is billed while it runs. Creation Networks offers both: Multilingual Messaging for anything you say more than once, and Creation Live Translation for shows, meetings and briefings.
Both can share the same Q-SYS system, touch panel and caption screens.
Which venues is multilingual messaging a good fit for?
Creation Multilingual Messaging fits any venue that repeats the same announcements every day to guests who speak many languages: theme parks, casinos and resorts, stadiums and arenas, convention centers, transit hubs, airports, campuses, city halls, courts and hospitals. Typical messages are show and gate times, wayfinding, safety reminders, promotions and closing announcements.
If your team repeats an announcement more than once a day, it is a candidate for a recorded message.
How many languages can our venue’s announcements play in?
Most venues start Creation Multilingual Messaging with their top three to five languages, chosen from guest data, ticketing records or the local census. More languages can be added later without changing the system, because each new language is simply another set of recordings stored on the same Q-SYS Core and played to the same zones.
Who translates and voices the messages?
A professional translation partner translates every message with native-speaker review, and professional native-speaker voice talent records it. Creation Networks manages the whole process, and you approve every script before anything is recorded, so each announcement says exactly what your venue intends in every language you play it in.
Voice type, such as one consistent venue voice or male and female voices, is chosen per project.
Can the messages say exactly what we want, or are they pre-written templates?
Creation Multilingual Messaging is completely customizable: it is your messaging, not a library of canned announcements. Your team writes or approves each script in your own words, and our partners translate and voice that exact wording, so every language sounds like your venue. A branded venue chime can be added before each message.
Nothing plays until you have signed off on the script in every language.
We change promotions every week. Can the multilingual messages keep up?
Yes. A Creation Multilingual Messaging monthly update plan covers new promotions, changed messages and schedule changes: we translate, voice and load them onto your Q-SYS Core remotely, with no site visit. Plans run from $250 a month for 10 audio files to $900 a month for 50, matched to your package size.
One message in one language is one file; files beyond your allowance are billed per message per language.
Do we need Q-SYS to use Creation Multilingual Messaging?
Yes, the program runs on Q-SYS. If your venue already has a Q-SYS Core, Creation Multilingual Messaging rides on the system you own. If not, our CTS-D & CTS-I certified engineers design Q-SYS in as part of the project. You can browse the Q-SYS by QSC product range we install.
Recordings live on the Core itself, so no separate media player is needed.
Does a multilingual announcement system need an internet connection?
No. Creation Multilingual Messaging stores every recording on the Q-SYS Core on site, so messages keep playing if your internet connection goes down. Only Clarity remote monitoring and remote message updates use your venue’s existing connection, and neither is needed for messages to play on schedule or on demand.
That makes recorded messages dependable during outages, storms and busy event days.
How are multilingual messages triggered at our venue?
Creation Multilingual Messaging plays messages by zone in three ways: on a schedule, from a QSC touch-screen page station or touch panel button, or from a contact closure sent by another system. A gate-opening message, for example, can play in the entry plaza at a set time while the food court hears a different one.
Can guests hear every language on their own phones?
Yes, as an option. Creation Networks can add Listen Technologies ListenWIFI, which streams every language at once to guests’ own phones, so each guest picks their language while the speakers play your main announcement. See the Listen Technologies range we install and support.
ListenWIFI is also a common way to meet assistive listening needs in the same spaces.
Can the same messages appear as captions on our digital signage?
Yes. Creation Multilingual Messaging can show matching captions on your screens whenever a message plays, so guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who prefer to read, get the same information. Caption screens are an optional building block, and we can supply them from our digital signage range.
Captions use the same approved wording as the audio, in each language you choose.
How do multilingual announcements help guests who are deaf or hard of hearing?
Creation Multilingual Messaging pairs every spoken message with matching on-screen captions, and optional ListenWIFI streams the audio to guests’ own phones and headphones. Together they support the accessible communication your venue already plans for under the ADA. See our ADA AV accessibility solutions for the wider picture.
Our engineers can review captioning and assistive listening together during the site walk.
How can a venue add multilingual safety announcements without replacing its fire alarm system?
Creation Multilingual Messaging adds pre-approved, certified multilingual directions that your fire alarm or mass-notification system can trigger. They are supplementary only: they support that life-safety system and never replace it. The authority having jurisdiction approves the interface, and every safety message carries your sign-off and a change log.
This optional safety package uses certified translation for every safety message.
Is monitoring included with Creation Multilingual Messaging?
Yes. Every Creation Multilingual Messaging system includes the first year of 24/7 Creation Clarity monitoring free. Clarity watches the Q-SYS system around the clock and opens a ticket if something stops, so a silent zone or failed amplifier is found before guests notice. See how Clarity remote monitoring works.
Clarity covers every system Creation Networks supports, not only multilingual messaging.
What happens after the first year of Clarity monitoring?
After the included first year, your venue can extend Clarity remote monitoring with the plan that fits its systems, with no long-term contract required. Venues that want on-site help and scheduled maintenance as well can add a Creation Care support plan. Messages keep playing either way, because they are stored on the Q-SYS Core.
Clarity plan details are on the Clarity page linked above.
What does Clarity watch on a multilingual messaging system?
Creation Clarity uses Q-SYS Reflect to watch the Core, amplifiers, page stations and zones that play your multilingual messages, 24 hours a day. If a device goes offline or a zone stops playing, Clarity opens a ticket and a Creation Networks engineer makes contact, typically within 15 to 60 minutes.
Monitoring uses your venue’s existing internet connection, and many issues can be fixed remotely.
Are there per-play or per-hour fees for recorded multilingual messages?
No. With Creation Multilingual Messaging, content is a one-time cost per message, language and voice type, and every replay after that is free. Ongoing costs are optional and predictable: a monthly update plan for new or changed messages, from $250 a month, and Clarity monitoring after the first year, which is included free.
Your written proposal lists each of these costs up front.
What’s included in a Creation Multilingual Messaging proposal?
A Creation Multilingual Messaging proposal is built from clear building blocks: the system (engineering, hardware where needed, installation and commissioning), the content package, an optional safety package, updates and enhancements, and Clarity monitoring. Each project is scoped after a site walk and a content workshop of about two hours, before anything is ordered.
Optional extras include a branded venue chime, caption screens, ListenWIFI and Creation Live Translation.
How do we get started with multilingual announcements at our venue?
Start by calling Creation Networks at (888) 230-3661 or emailing sales@creationnetworks.net. We begin with a site walk and a short content workshop, about two hours, to list your messages, languages, zones and triggers, then send a written, scoped proposal. You can also use the form below to book a demo.
Most venues start with the messages they repeat most often.
