Which video platforms do you support?

Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet and Cisco Webex. We match hardware to the platform your company already uses.

What if we use more than one platform?

Many room systems can join other platforms as a guest, and some can switch between Teams and Zoom. We set up what your team needs.

Do we need special licensing?

Most platforms need a room license per meeting space. We help you plan this before install.

What makes a good video conferencing room?

A camera that frames everyone, microphones that pick up every seat, clear speakers, a display sized for the room, and good lighting and acoustics.

When do we need ceiling microphones?

When a room is too big or the table too long for a video bar to hear everyone. We add ceiling mics and DSP for clear audio.

How do you handle echo and noise?

DSP echo cancelling and noise reduction, plus acoustic treatment when the room is very hard or reflective.

How long does an install take?

Small and medium rooms usually take one to two days on site. Boardrooms and divisible rooms take longer.

Can rooms be monitored remotely?

Yes. Platform admin portals show room health, and we can add Clarity remote monitoring for alerts.

Can you standardize rooms across offices?

Yes. We build room standards so every location works the same way.

Do you support the system after install?

Yes. We offer maintenance and support plans, Clarity remote monitoring and user training.
