Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on many products. Product restrictions apply. Restocking fees apply for the return of items. Special-order items are NOT returnable in most cases. If we approve the return of a product, restocking fees of 20% will be assessed. Shipping charges will apply. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns of items in substitute packaging, open box, in poor condition, or special-order items are not allowed.
Cancellation:
Most items are special order from the manufacturers. Unless written cancellation is received, Creation Networks will assume merchandise is still wanted and will make shipments. Cancellations of any special ordered merchandise already in transit to us, or to the customer, will not be honored.
Warranty:
CREATION NETWORKS. ITSELF GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE RELATING TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All warranties are with the manufacturer.
Payment Processing:
Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time an order is placed.
Refunds:
In the case of order cancellation (mentioned above) refunds or merchandise credits will be made within 5 days of a written request, only for canceled and unshipped merchandise.
Service Parts Refunds:
Installed service parts purchased from Creation Networks are non-returnable unless they are defective upon arrival. In addition, all defective returns are exchanged only - no money will be refunded.
Refund Methods:
Once we have received and inspected your return package, we will issue a refund and send you a notification email. It will be processed within 1-3 business days after we have received your return package.
Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase. Cash and all other purchasing methods will be refunded via check made out to the original account holder and mailed to the original account holder's address within 10 days of the return. Satisfaction Policy:
At Creation Networks your satisfaction is our top priority. Merchandise with authorization and RA may be returned within 30 days of date of delivery with a restocking charge of 20% will be charged. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging will deny or increase the restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns. Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, custom goods, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, tape, gel, lamps, books, opened software, ear-phones, chemicals, or on bids and contracts. All returns must have an RA number on the package, please call a Sales Pro for details.
Defective Merchandise:
Creation Networks. will provide warranty and non-warranty service on many of the brands it sells. Please call first to see if you will be more quickly served by the manufacturer or us.
Return Procedures:
Any merchandise returned to Creation Networks, Inc. must have an RA (Return Authorization) number attached. Without this number, the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. Please call us for an RA number and have documentation such as the invoice or packing slip ready when you call. Make sure that all packing, accessories and manuals are returned to avoid additional restocking fees.
Special Orders:
These items ship direct from the manufacturer or distributor. Delivery estimates are approximations. You will be charged immediately upon checkout, when the manufacturer or distributor receives the order (usually within 24 hours). This item is noncancelable and nonreturnable.
Open-Box / Returned / Refurbished / Remanufactured Item Policy:
Open-box, returned, or refurbished items are sold at a discount because they have been opened, previously used, or returned by another customer. These items are inspected, tested (where applicable), and described accurately with photos of actual condition.
Return Window: 7-14 days from delivery date (shorter than our standard 30-day policy for new items).
Refunds / Exchanges / Returns (if applicable) issued after inspection, at our discretion.
Eligible Returns: Only for defects not disclosed or if the item does not match the listed condition. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted—all open-box sales are final unless the item is faulty.
Process: Contact us within 14 days with photos/proof. If approved, we'll provide a return label (buyer pays return shipping unless defect is our error). Refunds (if any) issued after inspection, minus any restocking fee (up to 20%) and original shipping costs.
Condition: Must be returned in the exact condition received, with all original accessories/packaging.
Exchanges: Possible for identical item (subject to availability) instead of refund.
Warranty: Covered only by the original manufacturer (if transferable); we do not offer additional warranty on open-box items.
