What makes military briefing and training room AV different?
Three constraints that do not apply to corporate rooms. First, the system is operated by whoever is on duty rather than by an AV technician, and personnel rotate — so the interface must be learnable in minutes and must not change between assignments. Second, rooms frequently handle material at more than one classification level, which requires physical source separation rather than software policy. Third, a failed brief has operational consequences, so reliability and a documented fallback matter more than peak capability.
The highest-value design decision on a multi-room program is standardizing the control interface across every room on the installation, so a person reassigned from one building to another already knows how to run the space.

Can you support simulation and scenario training facilities?
Yes — display and audio infrastructure for simulation environments, scenario room capture, instructor control positions, and integration with simulator systems supplied by other vendors. We present and capture; we coordinate with the simulation vendor rather than replacing them.
Is the equipment TAA and NDAA Section 889 compliant?

What about rooms handling classified material?

Do the systems have to work on a network?
Not necessarily, and often they should not. Where a briefing room can operate as a self-contained system, that removes an entire class of security review and failure mode. We design for network independence where the requirement allows and document the network posture carefully where it does not.
Can you work on an installation with escort and access requirements?
Yes, and we plan for it. Escort requirements, badging lead times, and restricted work windows are schedule inputs, not surprises. We size crews and phases around them, and we would rather build a realistic schedule up front than explain a slipped date later.
Can you standardize across many rooms on an installation?
That is usually the highest-value thing we do. A defined small, medium, and large room configuration with a fixed bill of materials, one control interface, and one support procedure — deployed identically. It reduces training burden, simplifies sustainment, and makes future procurement a specification rather than a redesign.
