Often. Many states permit 911 surcharge revenue to fund PSAP equipment, and dispatch and interoperable communications equipment is frequently eligible under State Homeland Security Program, UASI, and EMPG allocations. Eligibility is determined by your state 911 authority or state administrative agency, not by a vendor.
