Shipping & Delivery
We ship via Air, Ground, and Freight — with free ground shipping on most orders over $250 (under 100 lbs, shipped to the 48 contiguous states).

Free Ground Shipping
Orders over $250 ship free via ground when the shipment is under 100 lbs and going to an address in the 48 contiguous states. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Free shipping doesn't apply to:
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses
- Special orders, oversized items, or shipments 100 lbs and over
- Express or expedited shipping
- Orders placed with a purchase order (PO)
- Out-of-stock or backordered items
- Orders already placed
Free shipping can't be combined with other offers or discounts, and is void where prohibited. Your available options and exact rates are always shown at checkout.
Processing Times
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Weekends and holidays aren't counted toward delivery estimates.
- In-stock items ordered by 1:00 PM PT on a business day typically ship the next business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed the next business day.
- Backordered items ship as soon as they arrive, by your selected method. If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we'll ship what's available first unless you tell us otherwise.
Delivery Times
Ground orders typically arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. Need it sooner? Choose 1-, 2-, or 3-day air at checkout — rates are calculated by weight and destination and shown before you pay.
Delivery estimates start the day your order ships, not the day you place it, and assume the item is in stock and shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Carrier delays, weather, and remote delivery areas can add time.
Tracking Your Order
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within a few days of the estimated delivery date, call us at 1.888.230.3661 and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
Freight Shipments
Items 100 lbs and over ship by freight, at cost. Some oversized items ship freight as well due to carrier size restrictions, even if they weigh less.
- Freight carriers deliver to the curb during business hours and will call to schedule an appointment.
- Liftgate, inside delivery, and residential delivery carry additional charges — let us know before your order ships if you need them.
- Please inspect freight shipments before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us the same day.
Where We Ship
48 contiguous states: UPS Air and Ground service available.
Alaska and Hawaii: Available for an additional charge.
International, including APO/FPO: Web orders ship outside the US via DHL or freight forwarding. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
Address requirements: We ship to the credit card billing address only. If you need to ship elsewhere, contact us before ordering so we can verify the order. We do not ship to PO boxes.
