Shipping Options: Air, Ground, Freight

Free Ground Shipping on Most Orders over $250, maximum weight 100lbs

Orders delivered to PO boxes are not eligible for free shipping.

Email notification when the item ships with a tracking number.
Ground orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days.

Freight shipping cost charged on items 100 lbs. and over.

*Offer does not apply to previous purchases. Offer applies to orders shipped by standard ground method to the 48 contiguous states. Does not apply to express shipping. Offer void where prohibited. We do not provide international shipping.

Upgrade to 3-day, 2-day, or 1-day shipping for minimal fees.
Products over 100 pounds and Freight items are excluded due to the carrier or motor freight charges.
Some dimensionally oversized items may require freight due to carrier restrictions.

Why didn't my order qualify for Free Shipping?

Our Free Shipping offer is available on orders shipped to the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses may not qualify. See checkout for available shipping options and rates.

The item is a special order.
Items purchased with a PO (purchase order) do not qualify for Free Shipping.
The item is out of stock or backordered.
The delivery address is a PO box.
Free Shipping does not apply to special orders and oversized/overweight products.
Free Shipping, where available, may not be combined with other offers or discounts.

Shipping Details

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Non-business days are not counted in delivery times.

If an order is placed over a weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day if ordered before 1:00 PM PT.
Out-of-stock items will be shipped once they are available via the method you have selected.
Delivery times are based on item availability and shipping within the continental US (48 states).
UPS Air and Ground services are available within the continental US (48 states).
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for an additional charge.

U.S. Orders:

We will only ship to the credit card billing address. If other arrangements are needed, please contact us.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

International Orders:

We ship web orders DHL to addresses outside the US (including APO boxes).
