Cost is driven by room size, ceiling and wall construction, whether cabling exists, the number of rooms in the rollout, and how much capture and hybrid capability each room needs, far more than by brand choice. Standardizing one design across many rooms lowers the per-room cost. We provide a budgetary range at the assessment stage so you can build a realistic line item before design starts.

Yes. Most of our education work is retrofit inside an occupied campus. We phase installations around bell schedules, finals, and summer and winter breaks, and where a room must stay usable we keep a temporary presentation path live. Generally no. E-Rate discounts eligible schools and libraries on internet access and internal connections such as switches, wireless access points, and cabling, not on classroom displays, microphones, or control systems. Confirm eligibility for any specific item with USAC or your E-Rate consultant. We can still document the network portions of an AV project so they are easy to separate.

No. We do not hold awards on those cooperatives and we will not imply that we do. If your district requires one of them, we will say so on the first call. Yes. We produce the itemized documentation bond and grant administrators require: line-item equipment lists, labor breakdowns, compliance attestations, and drawings suitable for attachment to a funding request or progress report.

We develop one room standard for each room type, such as small classroom, large classroom, and lecture hall, then repeat the same equipment, control layout, and programming in every room of that type.
