Meyer Sound self-powered line array systems for touring, performing arts, houses of worship and large installed venues. The range runs from LINA for smaller rooms and fill duty, through LEOPARD for mid-size and main hangs, to PANTHER for large-scale touring and arena work — every cabinet carrying its own amplification and processing so array performance stays consistent as the system scales.

Choosing between LINA, LEOPARD and PANTHER

Array selection follows throw distance and required SPL at the back of the seating, not cabinet count. LINA is the compact element for small venues, under-balcony fill and side hangs on a larger system. LEOPARD is the working mid-size array for most theatres, sanctuaries and regional touring. PANTHER covers arena-scale throw where output and pattern control both have to hold at distance. All three share Meyer Sound's rigging approach, and elements from different series are routinely combined in one design — LEOPARD mains with LINA fills is a common configuration.

Rigging and transport

The hardware matters as much as the cabinets. Grid kits, caster frames, pull-back frames, ground-stack down-tilt kits, yokes, U-brackets, AC looping cables and pullover covers are all stocked alongside the loudspeakers. Array geometry is calculated before anything is ordered: the grid and frame determine what angles are achievable, and the ground-stack kit determines whether the array can be deployed without flying at all. Pulling the rigging list off the design rather than ordering it after the cabinets is what keeps a load-in on schedule.
