What is room control and management?
Room control lets people run displays, cameras, audio, lighting, shades and climate from one touch panel or app, instead of a stack of remotes. Management tools let IT monitor and update every room from one place.

Which control platforms do you support?
Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron and AMX, plus control built into Biamp Tesira for audio-centric rooms. The right choice depends on the rest of the room and the platform the organisation already standardises on.
Are touch panels required?
Touch panels are the most reliable interface for shared rooms. Some systems also support mobile apps, keypads or automation that starts the room when a meeting begins.
How does room scheduling work?
Scheduling panels outside the room sync with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace to show availability and allow booking at the door. Crestron, Logitech and Biamp Evoko panels are available here.
Why are AV-over-IP transmitters in this collection?
Platforms such as Crestron DM NVX move video over the network and are controlled from the same system as the room, so the transmitters and receivers are part of the control design.
Do you program the control system?
Yes. Our in-house programmers write and test the control code, design the touch panel interface and commission the room on site.
