Distribution amplifiers

DA series amplifiers take one HDMI source to four or eight outputs with EDID management and pixel-accurate reclocking. EDID is the part that matters: without management, a mixed set of displays negotiates down to the lowest common capability, and a 4K display ends up running at 1080p because something else on the chain asked for it.

Presentation and USB-C switchers

DCX series switchers combine HDMI 2.0 and USB-C inputs, which covers the practical reality of a modern meeting room where some sources arrive over HDMI and newer laptops over USB-C. For rooms that also need USB peripheral switching so the camera and microphone follow the active laptop, the Taurus UCX range handles that as well.

Choosing

If the display is within HDMI cable reach, a switcher or distribution amplifier is simpler and cheaper than an extender pair. Beyond that distance, see the TPS, optical, TPX or VINX ranges depending on run length and network availability.
