A complete multi-camera Intelligent Switching room system for Zoom Rooms, built around the Crestron 1 Beyond IV-CAM-I12D-B as the primary host camera, expandable to a 5-camera configuration — one primary host plus up to four companions — using 1 Beyond's built-in Intelligent Switching mode, configured entirely through Crestron 1 Beyond Camera Manager software. This is a distinct, lighter-weight path from Crestron's full Automate VX platform: no Automate VX processor, no Room Designer project, no AutoMeasure step required.

How Intelligent Switching mode works in this kit

The IV-CAM-I12D-B connects over USB to the CCC-120-Z Collab Compute, which runs Zoom Rooms natively. The two companion IV-CAM-P12-B cameras join the same network subnet and are discovered and assigned static IPs through Crestron 1 Beyond Camera Manager software, then added as Cam 2/Cam 3 inputs from the primary i12D's own web interface, where tracking zones and speaker-priority rules are set once. After that, Intelligent Switching runs automatically and permanently on the i12D itself, with no external switcher and no ongoing control-system programming.

The two Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling Medium arrays and DM-NAX-AP-100 processor supply full-room audio pickup, and the active/passive SAROS speaker pairing gives even program-audio coverage across a large room, all networked over Crestron's DM NAX audio-over-IP platform. The TS-1080-UC-B — Zoom touch screen and CCC-BYOD-KIT round out native and BYOD conferencing.

Sized for a large conference or training room needing a certified, self-contained Zoom Rooms deployment with automated multi-zone video coverage, with two of the five available companion camera slots still open for further expansion.
