How Intelligent Switching mode works in this kit

The IV-CAM-I12D-B connects over USB directly to the CCC-110-T Collab Compute, which runs the native Microsoft Teams Rooms app on its Intel Core Ultra 5 processor and serves as the room's certified conferencing PC — no separate laptop or NUC required. The two companion IV-CAM-P12-B cameras join the same local network subnet as the primary i12D. Crestron 1 Beyond Camera Manager software, run once from any PC on that network, discovers all connected cameras and assigns each a static IP — this is the entire network setup step, with no IT-side switch configuration or VLAN work required beyond a standard flat subnet. From there, the primary i12D's own web interface is used to turn on Multi-Camera Tracking, add each companion's IP address as a Cam 2 / Cam 3 input, and set tracking zones and speaker-priority rules. Once configured, Intelligent Switching runs automatically and permanently on the i12D itself — it cuts between wide group shots, presenter zones, and the active speaker using its own microphone-array speaker tracking and visual cues, with no external switcher, no control-system programming, and no ongoing PC or software dependency after the one-time Camera Manager setup.

The Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 array supplies full-room audio pickup, and the four SAROS PoE+ ceiling speakers give even program-audio coverage across the room, each independently powered over the network with no amplifier rack required.

This bundle is sized for a medium-to-large conference or training room needing a certified, self-contained Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment with automated multi-zone video coverage via Intelligent Switching, with two of the five available companion camera slots still open for further expansion.
