Product Overview

The Crestron CCC-120-Z is a dedicated Zoom Rooms compute appliance powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor, purpose-built for commercial conference room deployments. It ships with Windows 11 Enterprise IoT Edition and Zoom Rooms software preloaded and certified, reducing integration time and eliminating manual OS configuration. A rear PoE+ LAN port powers and connects up to three Crestron TS(W)-1080-UC series touch screens for room control over a single Ethernet cable, while three independent display outputs support up to three simultaneous screens. The CCC-120-Z is designed to simplify Zoom Rooms deployments at enterprise scale, managed remotely via Crestron XiO Cloud.

Product Description

The CCC-120-Z is built around the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H with Intel ARC integrated graphics, 32 GB of dual-channel DDR5 SODIMM, and a 256 GB SSD — providing headroom for demanding Zoom Rooms workloads including AI-assisted video features, multiple simultaneous display outputs, and concurrent USB peripherals. Two rear HDMI outputs and one rear USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode support up to three displays simultaneously, with HDCP 2.3, EDID, and CEC on all outputs. Four USB ports (two rear USB 3.0 at 10 Gbps, two front USB 2.0) accommodate cameras, speakerphones, touch controllers, and other room peripherals up to the four-device maximum. Network connectivity includes one Intel I219-LM dedicated room system Ethernet port, two additional Intel I210 Ethernet ports, a rear PoE+ LAN port for touch screen power and connection, Wi-Fi 7 (Intel BE200, 2x2 MIMO), and Bluetooth 5.4. The PoE+ LAN port on the rear panel drives up to three TS(W)-1080-UC touch screens, simplifying room control cabling by eliminating separate power adapters for the touch panels. BYOD presentation is supported via the optional Crestron CCC-BYOD-KIT (sold separately), enabling wireless content sharing from guest devices. The unit is managed through Crestron XiO Cloud for remote provisioning, firmware updates, monitoring, and alerts without requiring on-site access. Toolless rack and furniture mounting is available via the CCCA-CMK-110/120 bracket (sold separately). The CCC-120-Z is the higher-tier Zoom Rooms compute unit; the CCC-110-Z uses an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H at a lower price point with identical memory, storage, and connectivity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the CCC-120-Z include the Zoom Rooms license?
No. The CCC-120-Z includes the Zoom Rooms software preloaded and hardware certified, but the Zoom Rooms license is a subscription purchased separately through Zoom. Contact your Zoom reseller or Creation Networks for licensing options.

How many displays can be connected to the CCC-120-Z?
Up to three simultaneous displays: one via rear HDMI, one via rear USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode, and a third display. All outputs support HDCP 2.3, EDID, and CEC.

How does the PoE+ LAN port work for touch screens?
The rear PoE+ LAN port powers and connects Crestron TS(W)-1080-UC series touch screens directly — one Ethernet cable per touch screen provides both power and data. Up to three touch screens can be connected this way (consult Crestron documentation for exact daisy-chain or switch topology requirements).

What is the difference between CCC-120-Z and CCC-110-Z?
The only difference is the processor: the CCC-120-Z uses an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H; the CCC-110-Z uses an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H. All other specs — memory, storage, ports, software, and certifications — are identical. The Core Ultra 7 provides higher sustained performance for more demanding workloads.

Is there a Microsoft Teams Rooms version?
Yes. The CCC-120-T is the hardware-identical Teams Rooms certified variant. The CCC-120-Z listed here is certified exclusively for Zoom Rooms.

Can the CCC-120-Z be managed remotely?
Yes. It integrates with Crestron XiO Cloud for remote provisioning, firmware updates, monitoring, and alert management without requiring physical access to the device.

What mounting options are available?
The optional CCCA-CMK-110/120 toolless mounting bracket (sold separately) enables rack mount or furniture/table installation without tools.
