Crestron Collab Small Huddle Room — Microsoft Teams Rooms with Huddly IQ, Sennheiser Ceiling Mic and PoE Speakers

A plug-and-play Microsoft Teams Rooms system sized for huddle spaces and small meeting rooms (4–6 people), built from Crestron's own reference architecture for small-room deployments. This kit uses the Huddly IQ as the primary camera — Crestron's own recommended small-room camera, not the larger 1 Beyond series used in our Medium, Large, and Classroom kits.

• 1x Crestron CCCA-CMK-110/120 Toolless Mounting Bracket — wall or table mount for the compute unit with integrated cable management.
• 1x Crestron DM-NAX-AP-100 Intelligent Audio Processor — DM NAX audio-over-IP processor networking the ceiling microphones and speakers as one system.
• 2x Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling Medium (TCCM) — beamforming ceiling microphone arrays for full-room voice pickup, Crestron's own specified pairing for DM NAX ceiling audio.
• 2x Crestron SAROS DM-NAX-IC4A-W active PoE+ ceiling speakers plus 3x Crestron SAROS IC4P-W passive ceiling speakers — each active speaker drives its own passive satellites over the DM NAX network, so full-room coverage is achieved without a separate amplifier or speaker wire runs.

How it works

The Huddly IQ connects over USB directly to the CCC-110-T compute module, which boots into Microsoft Teams Rooms software — no separate laptop, NUC, or codec required. There is no Camera Manager step and no multi-camera configuration in this kit: Huddly's Genius Framing AI automatically keeps the group framed with no operator input or programming needed. The two Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling Medium arrays and DM-NAX-AP-100 processor handle full-room audio pickup, and the active/passive SAROS speaker pairing delivers even program audio, all networked over Crestron's DM NAX audio-over-IP platform. The TS-1080-UC-B touch screen provides native scheduling and one-touch join, and the CCC-BYOD-KIT gives visiting laptops a direct path to the room's AV without touching the native configuration.

Room fit

Matches Crestron's own "Small (Huddle Room)" reference design — typically 4–6 people in a room around 16×16 ft. (5m x 5m).
