Creation Networks delivered a complete AV technology transformation for Thoma Bravo’s new San Francisco headquarters. Spanning two floors and approximately 50,000 square feet, the project was designed by Perkins and Will. Creation Networks provided full-service design, engineering, programming, and installation of a robust, enterprise-grade audiovisual infrastructure supporting executive offices, medical offices, huddle rooms, conference rooms, boardrooms, cafe, and specialized spaces.

The new headquarters sits at One Market Plaza, featuring interconnecting stairs between floors, custom finishes and millwork throughout, and a fitness center on the ground floor.

Thoma Bravo required a stable, high-performance AV system to support executive collaboration across a modern two-floor office environment. Key requirements included:

THE SOLUTION

Creation Networks partnered closely with Perkins and Will and Thoma Bravo to deliver a fully integrated AV ecosystem. From initial design through final commissioning, our team engineered a cohesive system emphasizing reliability, scalability, and ease of use. We performed complete programming of the control system and provided comprehensive post-installation support and maintenance. Project management firm Dovetail worked with the architects through the full programming process, engaging the furniture, AV, IT, security, and other teams responsible for final design and build-out, and helped negotiate a lease addition with the building owner to add ground-level tenant space for the executive fitness center.
