The solution included outfitting conference rooms, training rooms, an all-hands space, Planar video walls, and LED digital signage throughout the facility, all to be completed in time for the Splunks opening.

Creation Networks delivered a comprehensive audiovisual solution for the new building, incorporating Crestron UC technology throughout Splunk’s training center, meeting rooms, huddle spaces, and executive boardrooms to enhance efficiency and user experience. Seamless native integration with Zoom Rooms ensures that every space offers employees an intuitive one-touch interface. The facility is outfitted with Crestron touch panels, NVX, and wireless network AV systems to support digital signage, room scheduling, and secure wired and wireless presentations. With the Media Presentation System, the IT department can switch between video sources and distribute content across the office at the touch of a button, a capability that proves especially valuable when utilizing the LG video wall in the executive boardroom. As one of the first LED video walls installed on the West Coast, its deployment required close collaboration with LG. This partnership underscores a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and provides assurance of ongoing support throughout the product’s lifecycle.

The new office space is full of personalized touches and cool amenities, like wellness rooms, lounges with interactive displays, and a café that doubles as a team meeting spot. The café features twelve large screens showing sports, news, company branding, and ads. To keep spirits high and celebrate employees, Splunk also uses signage to highlight work anniversaries, big milestones, and other special moments.
