What is the SurgeX 33059-STARTUP?
The SurgeX 33059-STARTUP is the required factory startup service for SurgeX 3300 Series three-phase UPS systems, including the 33010-02, UPS-33020-02, 33030-02 and 33040-02. SurgeX requires this startup on every 3300 Series install.
What does the SurgeX 33059-STARTUP include?
A SurgeX-authorized technician commissions the UPS on site after the electrician completes the hardwired installation: checking wiring and phase rotation, bringing the UPS and batteries online, verifying bypass operation and confirming the unit is running correctly under load. Startup is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and requires at least two weeks' notice.
