The SurgeX 33010-02 is a 3300 Series three-phase 10kVA online double conversion UPS, 120/208V Wye in and 208V Wye out, hardwired, with internal batteries (about 3 minutes at full load). It protects equipment rooms, broadcast facilities and network cores on three-phase power.
How does the SurgeX 33010-02 work?
Large format three-phase UPS systems carry whole equipment rooms rather than single racks. Online double conversion keeps the load on the inverter at all times, so there is no transfer gap during an outage. Internal batteries ride through short events; add the BC27 10kVA battery cabinet for long runtime. SurgeX requires a factory startup on 3300 Series units, and most installs add the 32010-MB3WM65 maintenance bypass switch. Larger models include the UPS-33020-02.
