SurgeX 33030-02 – 3-Phase 30kVA Online UPS, 208V, without Batteries
What is the SurgeX 33030-02?
The SurgeX 33030-02 is a 3300 Series three-phase 30kVA online double conversion UPS, 120/208V Wye in and 208V Wye out, hardwired, supplied without batteries for use with the matching BC27 33998-32 battery cabinet. It protects large equipment rooms, broadcast facilities and data spaces.
How does the SurgeX 33030-02 work?
Online double conversion keeps the load on the inverter at all times, so there is no transfer gap during an outage. Because this model ships without batteries, runtime is set entirely by the battery cabinet it is paired with, which lets the design match runtime to the site. SurgeX requires a factory startup on 3300 Series units, and most installs add the 32030-MB3WM65 maintenance bypass switch. For a 30kVA unit with matching cabinet included, see the UPS-33030-12.
What are the key features of the SurgeX 33030-02?
- Three-phase 208V — Built for large equipment rooms.
- 30kVA capacity — Room-scale protection.
- Online double conversion — Zero transfer time.
- Runtime by design — Pair with the BC27 cabinet for the runtime the site needs.
