This bundle addresses a common large-room challenge: pairing best-in-class camera framing with ceiling-based audio that keeps tables and walls clutter-free. The Neat Bar Pro provides the camera and codec, with a Pro 100 MP system combining a 113° wide-angle lens and a 70° telephoto lens plus an image depth sensor for up to 16x hybrid zoom. Neat Symmetry frames each in-room participant individually, and Neat Boundary defines the meeting zone so the camera ignores outside activity. The bar supports triple screens and wireless or HDMI content sharing.

The Shure MXA902 Integrated Conferencing Ceiling Array adds a ceiling-mounted microphone, a wide-dispersion loudspeaker, and onboard IntelliMix DSP in a single device. Its Single-Zone Automatic Coverage captures a 20 × 20 ft (6.1 × 6.1 m) area out of the box, shiftable up to 4 ft in any direction, while IntelliMix applies acoustic echo cancellation, noise reduction, automatic mixing, and automatic gain control for a clean far-end signal.
