The Vyper KV25R II houses four closely spaced 1-inch neodymium magnet transducers in an elegant yet sturdy aluminum chassis measuring 50 x 270 x 37 mm and weighing just 0.4 kg, designed specifically for in-wall recessed mounting. The tight driver spacing produces genuine line array characteristics: phase coherence, low distortion, and focused listening in both the near field and at a distance. Frequency response extends from 150 Hz to 18 kHz (-6 dB) — notably deeper than micro speakers — with a 25-degree vertical by 140-degree horizontal pattern that throws sound across rooms while controlling reflections, and a peak SPL of 108 dB.
