What is the AUDAC LUNA-U audio matrix processor?
The AUDAC LUNA-U is a 1RU audio matrix processor (DSP) with 12 mic/line inputs, 8 line outputs and up to 32 mono or 16 stereo zones. It is built for multi-zone background music, paging and meeting audio in corporate offices, schools, hospitality and retail. Dante/AES67 networking is available as an option.
How does the AUDAC LUNA-U audio matrix processor work?
The LUNA-U runs on a dual-core SHARC DSP. Each input and zone gets AUDAC WaveTune 7-band EQ, WavePreset processing (12 biquads plus low- and high-pass filters), up to 2000 ms of delay, automatic level control, mixing, talkover and paging. An integrated scheduler runs timed events, such as opening chimes or volume changes, without an external controller. Twelve GPIO inputs and outputs tie in fire alarms, buttons and relays, and +48 V phantom power supports condenser mics. Front and rear USB ports handle file transfer. Add the ANM88 Dante module or SL-NAC8 license to bring up to 32x32 Dante/AES67 channels onto the network. Configuration is done in AUDAC Touch. For built-in AEC and more GPIO, see the LUNA-F.
