What is the AUDAC ARCHI10X/OB infrasubwoofer?
The AUDAC ARCHI10X/OB is an ultra-compact 10" architectural infrasubwoofer (black, in- & outdoor IP55) that reaches down to 26 Hz (-10 dB). It handles 350 W continuous (AES) at 8 Ω in a low-profile bandpass cabinet. It suits hospitality, residential and premium commercial spaces that want deep bass with minimal visual impact. The OB version is IP55 rated for outdoor terraces and patios.
How does the AUDAC ARCHI10X/OB infrasubwoofer work?
The ARCHI10X uses AUDAC's AeroVent bandpass design with a 10" anodized aluminum cone on dual suspension. AeroVent is built to keep port noise low while pushing air, which matters at the very low frequencies this sub targets: 43 – 95 Hz (-3 dB) and 26 – 120 Hz (-10 dB). Max SPL is 117 dB with 91 dB sensitivity. The cabinet is 15 mm multiply plywood with a multi-layer polyurea coating and an AcoustiMesh front, and it stands only 9.21" tall (excluding feet). Terminal blocks with link-through simplify multi-sub wiring. Its IP55 rating makes it a good fit for outdoor dining and pool decks. Compare with the ARCHI10 and ARCHI210 below.
