This equipment rack met every expectation I had except its ability to extend its depth beyond 17". I had to jury rig an extension using stiff metal strips that were pre-drilled and cut to extend the sides the extra 3 1/2" inches of clearance needed to fit my Ubiquity Unifi PoE HD 24 port switch, but this was the only rack I could find that would fit the height restriction needed for the constrained space it was mounted in.
This was a "reboxed" Samsung TV. We were expecting a retail box with the TV inside the FedEx delivery box, but that was not what we got. There was only the TV in a Styrofoam shell. The FedEx brown cardboard box was wet and starting to break open, however, the inside seemed dry, so we accepted the delivery. So far, the TV has been operating as expected. We a glad for that and appreciate the $699 discount because it was labeled a "reboxed" TV.

The sound is great! I want to hang these speakers from the ceiling. Unfortunately, there are no mounting points.
Not an audio guy at all, but this fixed our conference room. Used to sound like everyone was talking from inside a fish tank on video calls — now it's crystal clear, no echo, no cutting out. Our IT guy set it up and I haven't thought about it since. Not cheap, but calls actually sound professional now. So far zero issues. Highly recommend.

Our team purchased the 1 Beyond IV-CAM-P12-B for several training and mid-size meeting spaces, and it’s been a solid performer. The 12x optical zoom covers the rooms well, the video stays sharp at 1080p, and the single PoE connection made installation simple. Movement is smooth and the presets hold accurately.
We had been using some older PTZOptics units before this, and the p12 feels more consistent in daily use with cleaner integration into our control system. Image quality holds up better when zoomed, and we haven’t had the intermittent issues we sometimes saw with the previous cameras.

We put the Shure MXA925W-S in two of our larger boardrooms and have been really happy with it. Voices come through clearly even when people are farther from the table, and the AI processing does a great job reducing echo and background noise so remote participants hear clean, natural speech.
We previously used the Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 and found this Shure model handles multiple coverage zones more effectively and feels more consistent day to day. The dual network ports also give us better flexibility and reliability.
