Arizona work reaches us the same way that project did — through an architect, a general contractor or a client we already serve elsewhere. That shapes what we are good at here: new build and major renovation, where AV is designed alongside the space rather than retrofitted after the drywall closes. Conference rooms, training rooms, all-hands spaces, boardrooms, huddle rooms, video walls, distributed audio, room scheduling and digital signage, on Crestron, Q-SYS and Biamp. Design, engineering, programming and commissioning are ours. Installation follows the model published on our locations page: local certified technicians managed by our in-house project team, working to our drawings and our commissioning checklist.

Do you have an office in Phoenix?
No. Our offices are in Incline Village, Nevada, Concord, California and Leesburg, Virginia. Arizona projects are delivered the way we deliver all fifty states: local certified technicians managed by our in-house project team, working to our drawings and our commissioning checklist, with design, engineering and programming done by our own staff. That model built the Indeed office in Scottsdale ahead of schedule, so we know it works for new build and major renovation where the schedule is set by construction rather than by a broken room. It is a poorer fit for day-to-day break-fix service, and we would tell you that before you signed rather than after. If you need a four-hour on-site response in Phoenix, hire someone local for service and consider us for the design-build. Those are genuinely different jobs. We would rather hold half a project honestly than win the whole thing and disappoint you on response times.
Who should design AV for a new office build in Arizona?
Whoever is in the room while the architect is still drawing. The Indeed project in Scottsdale worked because Creation Networks, Corgan Phoenix and NOVO Construction coordinated from early design rather than after the walls closed, which is why it finished ahead of schedule. The practical checklist for an Arizona new build: get AV into design development, not the awarded package; agree cable pathways and rack locations before framing; fix the room standard once and apply it to every room type instead of designing each room from scratch; and settle who owns the programming source files at handover. Ours belong to the client. Those four decisions determine whether the rooms work on day one and whether you can change them in year three without calling the original integrator back. Get those four right and the rest of the specification is detail rather than risk.
