The Uniguest 800 is a 4K digital signage and IPTV media player for Uniguest MediaStar systems that decodes a wide range of video formats and renders HTML5 content.
How does the Uniguest 800 work?
The 800 tunes MediaStar IPTV channels, plays live HLS and RTP streams, and renders HTML5 signage and third-party HTML applications on the attached display at up to 4K 2160p60 over HDMI 2.1. HDCP support lets it play protected content within the MediaStar system, and 50GB of internal storage holds local media. It runs from PoE+ or the included universal power adapter and has two gigabit Ethernet ports. Pair it with MediaStar headend gear such as the 795 LAN-Caster and 798 encoder.
