The Symetrix 80-0062 4-Channel Analog Input Card is an expansion card for the Symetrix EDGE DSP that adds four balanced analog inputs to the EDGE chassis via one of its four expansion card slots. It is used to increase the analog input count of an EDGE installation beyond the base 8 balanced inputs when more microphone or line-level sources need to be connected to the DSP. Up to four expansion cards of any type can be installed simultaneously in a single EDGE chassis.

Product Description

The 4-Channel Analog Input Card installs in any of the four expansion slots of the EDGE Dante (80-0048) or EDGE non-Dante (80-0204). Each card adds four balanced mic/line inputs to the DSP’s available I/O, which are fully accessible in Symetrix Composer for signal routing, processing, and control. Expansion cards can be mixed freely: a single EDGE chassis can simultaneously accept Analog Input, Analog Output, AEC Input, VoIP, PSTN, and USB Audio cards in any combination across its four slots. This allows the EDGE to be configured precisely for the channel count and I/O type required by each installation without changing the chassis.
