Part of the Shure Microflex family, the MX183 omnidirectional lavalier microphone uses an electret condenser cartridge to reproduce natural, intelligible speech with low handling noise. The microphone terminates in an in-line preamp with a 3-pin XLR connector, so it integrates with commercial-grade mixers and DSP processors used in conference room and worship AV systems. A 360-degree omnidirectional pattern is the right choice when a talker moves freely or when consistent level matters more than ambient rejection. Each unit ships with a belt clip, single and dual tie clips, and a snap-fit windscreen for clean, repeatable presenter setups.
