The annular high-frequency diaphragm covers 1800 to 7000 Hz with a smooth, linear response, and its large ±0.8 mm diaphragm excursion yields high output and increased power handling. The very-high-frequency driver covers 7000 to 22,000 Hz, eliminating the dome break-up of conventional drivers that can cause harsh, metallic sound.
