What is the LEA Professional Connect Series Glass?

The LEA Professional Connect Series Glass is a PoE-powered, in-wall touch controller for LEA Professional amplifiers. A full-color touchscreen and a rotary knob let anyone pick a source and set the volume for a room or a group of zones. It also plays audio on its own: built-in Bluetooth and streaming services feed the system, and Dante sends that audio across the network to any LEA amplifier. It comes in black or white glass.

How does the LEA Professional Connect Series Glass work?

The Glass mounts in a standard U.S. or EU electrical box and runs on a single network cable that carries both power (PoE) and control. Once it's added to an LEA system through the Web UI, SharkWare, or LEA Cloud, each panel is assigned the channels or groups it controls. Users then tap or turn the knob to change the source, adjust the input level, or set the output volume, with no programming or third-party control system needed.

Unlike the earlier Connect Series Touch, the Glass is also an audio source. Guests can pair a phone over Bluetooth, or the panel can play a commercial or private streaming service. Dante carries that audio to your CS84, CS164, CS1504 or other Dante-enabled LEA amplifiers, so one panel can feed many zones.
