Product Overview

The Epson ELPLM11 middle-throw projector zoom lens is the Middle-Throw #4 interchangeable lens for Epson PowerLite Pro L Series large-venue projectors. With a 4.85–7.38:1 16:10 throw ratio, this Epson middle-throw lens (V12H004M0B) is the longest of Epson's middle-throw options and is built for rooms where the projector sits well back from the screen. It serves auditoriums, houses of worship, and rental installs needing a longer middle-throw reach, and it excludes the Pro L25000 platform.

Product Description

Epson ELPLM11 middle-throw projector zoom lensThe ELPLM11 provides a 16:10 throw ratio of 4.85 to 7.38 and a 4:3 throw ratio of 4.95 to 7.54, with a 1.0 to 1.5x zoom for framing. On the Pro L1500 and Pro L1505 the 16:10 throw ratio shifts to 3.54 to 5.41, reflecting those models' larger imaging panel. As the longest middle-throw option in Epson's Pro L lens lineup, it bridges the gap between the middle and long-throw lenses, which is what makes it useful when the standard and shorter middle-throw lenses cannot reach the screen from the available mounting position. As an interchangeable lens it mounts on the same Pro L chassis that accept Epson's wide, standard, and other middle-throw lenses. It is compatible with Epson Pro L1100U, L1200U, L1300U, L1405U, L1500U, and L1505U projectors and their NL body-only variants. For current Epson laser bodies that use the company's newer lens lineup, review the Epson EB-PU2010B and the body-only Epson Pro L20000UNL, or browse the full Epson projector lineup to confirm fitment. The lens ships separately from the projector.

Key Features

  • 4:3 throw support — Delivers a 4.95 to 7.54 throw ratio for 4:3 content on compatible projectors.
  • Powered zoom range — A 1.0 to 1.5x zoom allows framing without relocating the chassis.

  • Interchangeable mount — Swaps onto the same Pro L chassis as Epson's other Pro Series lenses.

FAQ

Which Epson projectors does the ELPLM11 fit?
It fits Epson PowerLite Pro L Series projectors including L1100U, L1200U, L1300U, L1405U, L1500U, and L1505U and their NL body-only variants. It excludes the Pro L25000. Confirm your exact model against Epson's compatibility list before ordering.

How far does the projector sit from the screen?
With a 16:10 throw ratio of 4.85 to 7.38, a 10-foot-wide image needs roughly 48 to 74 feet of throw. This is the longest of Epson's middle-throw lenses. Use Epson's throw calculator for an exact figure.

How does this differ from the other middle-throw lenses?
The ELPLM11 (Middle-Throw #4) has the longest throw of Epson's middle-throw lenses; the ELPLM08, ELPLM10, and ELPLM15 cover progressively shorter ranges. Choose based on how far back the projector must mount.

Is the zoom powered?
The lens provides a 1.0 to 1.5x zoom operated through the projector's lens controls; powered functions depend on the host projector model.

Why is the throw ratio different on the Pro L1500/L1505?
Those models use a different imaging panel, so the same lens produces a 3.54 to 5.41 16:10 throw ratio on them.

Is the projector included?
No. The lens is sold separately from the projector body.
