The Biamp H30LT-G is a long-throw compression horn loudspeaker built for high-intelligibility voice paging and signal projection across large, noisy, or outdoor areas. Product Description
The H30LT-G is engineered for long-range voice paging where announcements must carry over distance and ambient noise. Its 60-degree horizontal by 75-degree vertical dispersion focuses output down a defined coverage pattern, and a maximum SPL of 121 dB at one meter provides the headroom needed to stay above machinery and crowd noise. The 450 Hz to 9.6 kHz operating range is tuned for speech intelligibility rather than full-range music, which is exactly what mass notification and paging applications require. The compression driver reaches 106 dB sensitivity at one watt and one meter.
The integrated transformer offers multiple power taps for both 70.7V and 100V distributed audio lines, letting integrators set loudness per horn while balancing the total amplifier load. In low-impedance mode the driver presents an 8-ohm load rated at 45 W dynamic and 30 W continuous. The included U-bracket rotates the horn more than 180 degrees for precise aiming after mounting, and the IP66 rating means it survives direct rain and washdown.
