Product Overview

The Attero Tech by QSC unD6IO-BT is a Dante/AES67 networked audio wall plate with integrated Bluetooth, bringing wired and wireless sources onto a Dante or AES67 network from a single wall location. As a 4x2 multi-I/O Dante wall plate with Bluetooth, it pairs consumer-style connectivity with professional networked audio, eliminating the ground-loop and signal problems common to consumer devices. Designed for BYOD huddle rooms, conference room AV systems, and hospitality spaces, the unD6IO-BT fits a standard dual-gang US junction box and is powered over a single CAT-5e/6 cable via PoE. It integrates directly into the Q-SYS Ecosystem and is Dante Domain Manager ready.

Product Description

QSC Attero Tech unD6IO-BT Dante/AES67 multi-I/O wall plate with Bluetooth

The unD6IO-BT provides stereo Bluetooth wireless input, two RCA line-level inputs, and a 3.5 mm TRS line input, plus a front-panel 3.5 mm TRS line output, all bridged to the audio network. Audio channels 1 and 2 route stereo Bluetooth directly to Dante, while Dante transmitter channels 3 and 4 can be sourced from the RCA inputs, the 3.5 mm input, or a sum of each via switchable input selection. Bluetooth supports the A2DP profile for stereo streaming and the HFP profile for call bridging, with one-button pairing in manual, automatic, and exclusive modes, and the pairing button can be defeated for restricted-use applications under third-party control. Because the device is PoE-enabled, a single CAT-5e/6 cable carries power, control, and audio data, simplifying installation in a standard dual-gang US box. The unD6IO-BT is Dante Domain Manager ready and interoperates with any Dante or AES67 network, with a Q-SYS Designer control plugin available through the Asset Manager for native touch-screen control and monitoring. The product ships with both black and white Decora plates and fascia inserts to match the room. To build out a complete Q-SYS signal chain, pair it with the QSC Core 510i Kit processor.

Key Features

  • Integrated Bluetooth audio — Stereo A2DP wireless input plus HFP call bridging let participants stream media or bridge a phone call directly onto the Dante network.
  • One-button pairing with defeat option — Manual, automatic, and exclusive pairing modes simplify everyday use, and the button can be disabled for restricted-use rooms under third-party control.
  • Multi-format wired inputs — Two RCA line inputs and a 3.5 mm TRS input can be selected individually or summed in software for flexible source connectivity.
  • Front-panel line output — A 3.5 mm TRS output sourced from Dante channels 1 and 2 feeds a local monitor or device at the wall.
  • Dante / AES67 networked audio — The wall plate interoperates with any Dante or AES67 network and is Dante Domain Manager ready for enterprise deployments.
  • Native Q-SYS integration — A Q-SYS Designer control plugin enables control and monitoring from native Q-SYS touch-screen controllers.
  • Single-cable PoE installation — One CAT-5e/6 cable delivers power, control, and audio data, reducing cabling and labor in the wall box.
  • Dual-gang fit with included plates — The unit installs in a standard US dual-gang box and ships with black and white Decora plates and fascia inserts.

Typical Applications

  • Huddle room — Wireless and wired BYOD input at the wall lets users connect a phone, tablet, or laptop in seconds.
  • Conference room — A networked audio on-ramp for presenter devices and program sources, with Bluetooth call bridging as conferencing backup.
  • Boardroom — A clean single-cable wall input into a Dante/Q-SYS system keeps the table free of source clutter.
  • Commercial meeting space — Flexible source connectivity supports shared facilities with rotating users and devices.
  • Multi-purpose room — Wireless streaming plus wired inputs adapt to changing room configurations and events.

Frequently Asked Questions

What audio network does it use?
The unD6IO-BT bridges audio onto a Dante or AES67 network and is Dante Domain Manager ready, so it integrates with Q-SYS and other Dante/AES67 systems.

How is it powered and wired?
It is PoE-enabled, so a single CAT-5e/6 cable provides power, control, and networked audio, and it mounts in a standard dual-gang US junction box.

What sources can connect?
Stereo Bluetooth wireless input, two RCA line inputs, and a 3.5 mm TRS input, with a front 3.5 mm TRS output. Wired inputs can be selected individually or summed in software.

Does it integrate with Q-SYS for control?
