The Creation Multilingual Messaging Update Plan Basic is a monthly service that keeps a smaller multilingual announcement library current, with up to 10 new or changed message-language files a month translated, voiced and loaded onto your QSC Q-SYS system. It pairs with the Small content package; larger libraries use Update Plus or Update Pro.
How does the Creation Multilingual Messaging Update Plan Basic work?
You send the new or changed English script with its zones and schedule. We translate it into each of your languages with native-speaker review, voice it with a reviewed-AI voice and level-match it to your existing library. We then load the files remotely, point the PA commands and schedules at them and confirm with you before they go live. One message in four languages uses four files of the monthly allowance; extra files are billed per message per language.
