The Williams AV ANT 025 is a 39-inch telescoping whip antenna for 72–76 MHz FM assistive listening transmitters, including the PPA T45, PPA T45NET, and PPA T27. It mounts directly to the transmitter with a screw-to-PCB connector and serves as the standard or replacement transmit antenna for these large-area FM systems. For AV technicians servicing FM hearing assistance installations, it is an inexpensive, drop-in spare.
Product Description
A telescoping whip gives the installer fine control over antenna length and orientation — useful when tuning coverage in a multi-purpose room or when the transmitter sits on an open shelf rather than inside a rack. The ANT 025 extends to a full 39 inches for maximum radiation efficiency in the 72–76 MHz band, and collapses for transport or storage with portable transmitter setups.
The screw-to-PCB connector threads directly onto compatible Williams AV transmitters, so replacing a damaged whip during a service visit takes seconds and requires no tools or coax work.
