Product Overview
The Williams AV WF SYS1C is a complete WaveCAST Wi-Fi assistive listening system that pairs a WaveCAST C transmitter with two WAV Pro Wi-Fi receivers, neckloops, headphones, and ADA signage in one package. It gives smaller venues a turnkey, ADA-compliant assistive listening solution that streams real-time audio over Wi-Fi to dedicated receivers and to listeners' own smartphones through the free WaveCAST app. The WAV Pro receivers feature the assistive listening industry's largest display at 6.8 inches, Bluetooth connectivity, and up to 40 hours of continuous audio streaming.
Product Description
At the core of the system is the WaveCAST C (WF T5C) transmitter, a half-rack Wi-Fi audio platform with hardware DSP processing, a combo XLR/1/4-inch mic/line input with selectable phantom power, and Telnet control over Ethernet for third-party room control systems. Audio presets optimize the stream for hearing assistance, music, or voice, and the included RPK 005 rack panel kit mounts the transmitter in a standard 19-inch equipment rack.
The two included WAV Pro Wi-Fi receivers (WF R2-03) are dedicated assistive listening devices with a 6.8-inch full HD+ display that makes channel selection easy for guests. Each receiver connects to any Williams AV WaveCAST-enabled transmitter and supports Bluetooth output, so users can listen through their own headphones, hearing aids, or neck loop. The package includes two NKL 008 neckloops for hearing aid users with telecoils, two HED 024 folding stereo headphones, USB charging cables with power supplies, and an IDP 008 ADA wall plaque to satisfy signage requirements.
Because audio also streams to personal devices via the WaveCAST app for iOS and Android, the system scales beyond its two dedicated receivers as audience needs grow — supporting BYOD listening alongside the loaner receivers required for ADA compliance. Venues needing more receivers can step up to the WaveCAST System with 6 WAV Pro receivers, or browse the full Williams AV collection at Creation Networks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this system meet ADA assistive listening requirements?
Yes. The package includes dedicated WAV Pro receivers, hearing aid compatible neckloops, and the IDP 008 ADA wall plaque, giving venues the loaner equipment and signage needed for ADA hearing assistance compliance.
How do visitors without a receiver listen?
Anyone on the venue Wi-Fi can stream the audio through the free WaveCAST app on iOS or Android, so capacity is not limited to the two included receivers — the system supports BYOD listening at scale.
How is the transmitter connected to my sound system?
The WaveCAST C accepts a balanced or unbalanced mic or line-level feed on a combo XLR/1/4-inch jack, typically from the output of your mixer or DSP. The included RPK 005 kit mounts it in a standard 19-inch rack, and Telnet control over Ethernet supports integration with room control systems.
How do hearing aid users connect?
The included NKL 008 neckloops plug into the WAV Pro receiver and couple inductively to telecoil-equipped hearing aids. Users can also pair their Bluetooth hearing aids directly to the receiver.
What network infrastructure is required?
The transmitter connects to your LAN via Ethernet, and an external router or DHCP server is required to stream audio to receiving devices. WaveCAST supports unicast and multicast configurations depending on listener count.
What warranty covers the system?
The WaveCAST C transmitter carries a 2-year parts and labor warranty; the WAV Pro receivers are warranted for 2 years with a 1-year battery warranty. Creation Networks provides support before and after the sale.
