Product Description
Visix Touch room signs are powered by AxisTV Signage Suite, which Visix updates regularly with new features, calendar integration improvements, security patches, and compatibility enhancements. Without an active support and maintenance subscription, perpetual license holders retain the software version in service at the time of purchase but do not receive updates or access to Visix's technical support team for software-related issues. This annual subscription keeps the AxisTV Manage software current and ensures that the Touch room sign continues to benefit from the latest calendar integration updates, including compatibility with evolving Exchange and Office 365 APIs. The plan also includes access to Visix client support for software configuration questions and troubleshooting. This subscription is separate from the hardware extended warranty plans (VX-R-WR2 and VX-R-WR3), which cover physical hardware only. For organizations with multiple Touch signs running on a single AxisTV server, one subscription covers the server software; check with Visix for multi-seat or multi-server licensing details.
