The Visionary Solutions DuetE5-WP-BT is a 4K60 4:4:4 AV over IP wall plate encoder that converges video, Dante/AES67 network audio, and built-in Bluetooth audio bridging in a 2-gang Decora-style faceplate. Built on the 5-Series PacketAV platform with sub-frame latency, it suits conference room installation, lectern and floor-box source points, and enterprise AV over IP integration. A single PoE-powered category cable carries everything — video, audio, and control.

Product Description

The DuetE5-WP-BT mounts in a standard 2-gang US or UK back box — wall, tabletop, lectern, or floor box — with a 45-degree exit RJ-45 connector that preserves cable bend radius inside shallow electrical enclosures.

The HDMI input accepts sources up to 4K60 4:4:4, encoded with a JPEG2000-based visually lossless codec at approximately 2 ms sub-frame latency — fast enough for live presentation, image magnification, and interactive applications. Bluetooth 5.0 supports A2DP media streaming and the Hands-Free Profile, bridging a presenter's phone or laptop audio bi-directionally into a web conference soft codec or onto the Dante network without separate Bluetooth hardware. A single-button pairing workflow with LED status offers Manual, Auto, and Private modes, and the button can be disabled under third-party control for restricted environments. A full-motion MJPEG substream provides preview and monitoring feeds without touching the primary 4K60 stream. VLAN tagging isolates AV traffic on the corporate network, and enterprise security includes AES-256 stream encryption, 802.1x, HTTPS, and SSH. Video and audio route independently across the network, and mass configuration via CSV through the embedded web UI accelerates large rollouts. The encoder is fanless and silent at 12 W typical.
