The DuetD-5 builds on the widely deployed Duet-2 platform, decoding 4K60 4:4:4 streams with approximately 2 ms latency and scaling output up or down (4K in/1080p out, 1080p in/4K out) so source resolution never becomes an installation problem. Its HDMI output drives the room display while a USB-C output enables driverless soft codec integration with a PC for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and similar platforms — including UVC-compliant capture for recording and streaming, and bridging of Dante/AES67 audio into the soft codec. Two USB Type-A host ports support keyboards, mice, and other peripherals for full KVM over IP, with multi-display roaming that moves keyboard and mouse control between PCs as the cursor crosses display boundaries. The built-in video wall processor supports walls up to 16x16 with 180/270-degree rotation, eliminating separate video wall controllers for lobby and signage installations.
