The CVS 401-BK pairs a 4-inch polypropylene driver with a 0.75-inch ferrofluid-cooled soft-dome high-frequency driver in a coaxial layout, giving even, on-axis coverage from a single point source. Wide constant-directivity dispersion lets installers space speakers efficiently for consistent intelligibility across a room. Multiple transformer taps support 70V and 100V distributed audio as well as 8-ohm direct input, so the same speaker fits both small zoned systems and larger multi-zone designs.
