The xIn XLR 2 (Euro) installs in a standard European gang box and presents a white faceplate with two female XLR connectors. Two microphones or line-level sources connect directly to the wall plate, with both signals converted to Dante audio streams over a single Cat cable to the nearest network switch. This eliminates two separate balanced analog cable runs from the presentation point to a rack-mounted DSP. Composer handles all routing, gain, and DSP processing for both channels independently. W-Series wall controllers can provide local room-level volume and mute control. The Euro form factor ensures compatibility with European standard back box installations in commercial and institutional buildings.
