Product Overview
The Symetrix 80-0212 xIn XLR 2 is a Decora-style Dante wall plate endpoint in white for US single-gang electrical boxes, providing two balanced XLR microphone/line inputs only — with no analog output at the wall plate. It is used where only input channels are needed at the wall connection point, with the converted Dante audio routed to a central Symetrix DSP for processing and distribution. Powered over Ethernet via IEEE 802.3af PoE. Supports 48 kHz and 96 kHz audio conversion.
Product Description
The xIn XLR 2 is the input-only variant in the US white finish, providing two XLR inputs in a Decora wall plate without output connectors. This makes it the right choice for mic or line input connection points where no local output is required at the wall — such as presentation podiums, lecterns, or wall-mounted mic connection panels where the speaker feed is handled separately. Configured in Symetrix Composer. Die-cast zinc chassis. Compliant with CE, UKCA, EAC, FCC Part 15, and RoHS. Also available in black (80-0224) and Euro form factors (80-0215 white Euro / 80-0227 black Euro).
