Product Description

The xIn XLR 4 mounts in a standard US single-gang electrical back box and presents a white Decora faceplate with four female XLR connectors. All four inputs are converted to independent Dante audio streams and delivered over a single Cat cable to the nearest network switch, eliminating four separate analog cable runs from the source location to the equipment rack. Each channel is independently routable and configurable within Symetrix Composer, allowing AV integrators to apply individual gain staging, phantom power settings, and DSP processing to each microphone or line input. This wall plate is particularly well suited to panel installations, stage setups, training rooms with multiple presenters, and any location where four microphone inputs are required in a single compact wall plate. W-Series wall controllers can be paired for local room-level volume and mute control.
