Signature Teams Boardroom Bundle – Yealink MVC S90 Dual Camera, Shu...
What is the Signature Teams Boardroom Bundle?
It is a multi-camera Signature Microsoft Teams Boardroom kit built on the Yealink MVC S90 Teams Rooms on Windows system with two UVC86 4K PTZ cameras, two Shure MXA920 ceiling array microphones, Shure networked ceiling speakers and a Jupiter Pana 105 21:9 ultrawide display. It follows Microsoft's boardroom guidance that larger Signature rooms need more than one camera to capture every participant. Installation is not included and is quoted per site.
How does the Signature Teams Boardroom Bundle work?
The Yealink MVC S90 includes the MCore Pro mini-PC running Teams Rooms on Windows, the MTouch Plus console, the AVHub audio and video processor and two UVC86 4K PTZ cameras. The AVHub switches between cameras so remote attendees see the person speaking from the best angle. Microsoft's guidance places the center camera about 4 ft from the floor and side cameras about 7 ft.
Two Shure MXA920 ceiling arrays cover a long boardroom table from above, and the Shure IntelliMix P300 processes the Dante audio and connects it to the Teams Rooms PC over USB. Four Shure MXN5W-C networked ceiling speakers carry far-end audio. The Jupiter Pana 105 provides the 21:9 Front Row canvas on a Chief ultrawide micro-adjustable mount.
What are the key features of the Signature Teams Boardroom Bundle?
- Two-camera coverage — Two 4K PTZ cameras with AVHub switching cover a full boardroom table.
- Ceiling microphones — Two MXA920 arrays keep the table clear and cover every seat.
- Networked audio — Dante microphones and speakers, processed by the P300, simplify wiring and expansion.
- 105-inch 21:9 Front Row display — The Jupiter Pana 105 shows remote attendees, content and chat on one 5K screen.
- Teams Rooms on Windows — The MCore Pro runs the Windows version of Teams Rooms required for Front Row.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is installation included?
No. The bundle is hardware only. Installation, ceiling work, network switching and Teams Rooms configuration are quoted per site.
Why two cameras?
One front camera cannot frame everyone at a long boardroom table. A second camera gives remote attendees a clear view of each speaker.
Can it scale to a larger room?
Yes. The AVHub supports additional Yealink cameras, and more ceiling microphones can be added.
Does it run Teams Rooms on Windows?
Yes, which the Front Row layout requires.
Do you install nationwide?
Yes. Call 888.230.3661 or email sales@creationnetworks.net.
