The Shure DB25-TRSM is an 8-channel DB25 to TRS audio snake built for rack-mount integration with the Shure SCM820-DB25 digital mixer. It breaks out both the DB25 input and output to eight 1/4-inch TRS insert jacks, giving AV integrators a clean, labeled path for analog insert points in a commercial install. At 25 feet, the snake reaches from a mixer in an equipment rack to outboard processing or patch points elsewhere in the room. Locking metal connectors keep the link secure in permanent deployments.
Product Description
This DB25 to TRS insert snake connects the DB25 insert connector on the SCM820-DB25 to eight balanced 1/4-inch TRS male plugs, letting an integrator tie outboard dynamics, EQ, or test equipment into the mixer's per-channel insert points. The 25-foot length supports flexible rack-mount cable routing between the mixer and a separate processing rack or patch bay in conference room, boardroom, and broadcast audio systems. The DB25 connectors are metal-shelled with locking hardware to resist accidental disconnection in a permanently installed AV rack, and the molded TRS ends are clearly oriented for fast channel mapping during commissioning. As pictured, the fan-out construction keeps the eight insert legs organized for tidy dressing inside the rack.
