Product Description
The A400XLR drops into the A400SM recessed shock mount and provides the 3-pin female XLR termination for the gooseneck microphone, with a quick-release action that lets the microphone be lifted out for servicing, storage, or security without disturbing the table installation. This is useful in conference rooms and government meeting spaces where microphones are removed between sessions or secured after hours. Because it is a standardized insert, it keeps connections consistent across multiple identical table positions and simplifies maintenance for the AV team. It is designed to work specifically with the A400SM shock mount rather than as a standalone connector. The A400XLR is also available pre-packaged with the A400SM as the A400SMXLR combination for a complete recessed mounting kit.
