The QSC RS-CB-TM is the Q-SYS RoomSuite Table Microphone, an optional expansion microphone for the Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar (RS-CB-MTRW-B). Using adaptive beamforming across 8x MEMS microphone elements, it extends audio pickup in conference rooms where supplemental coverage is needed beyond the bar’s 16-element built-in array. Up to four RS-CB-TM units daisy-chain via PoE directly from the bar’s dedicated microphone port, with each unit covering up to 10 ft (3 m) radius. The illuminated mute button synchronizes mute status across all connected table microphones in the system.

Product Description

The RS-CB-TM connects to the Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar via Ethernet, receiving power via PoE Type 1 Class 2 and passing that power downstream to subsequent units without any additional switches or injectors. Each unit covers a 10 ft (3 m) radius using adaptive beamforming across 8x MEMS elements, with 100 Hz–10 kHz frequency response at 48 kHz sampling. The 128 dB maximum SPL, 99 dB dynamic range, and 65 dB(A) signal-to-noise ratio confirm commercial-grade voice capture performance. Two RJ-45 connectors — one in, one out — enable clean daisy-chain wiring with the included 10 ft CAT6 cable. A thru-table mounting stem is available as a separate accessory for installations where the microphone routes through conference furniture. The RS-CB-TM is exclusively compatible with the Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar and cannot be used with Q-SYS Core processors or other Q-SYS microphone products including the NM-T1 series.
