The QSC QIO-ML2x2 is a Q-SYS network mic/line I/O expander that combines two configurable inputs and two line outputs in one compact endpoint. As a Q-SYS network audio I/O expander, it lets integrators add both microphone/line capture and analog output at the room edge and carry that audio over a single Ethernet cable as Q-LAN, removing long analog runs back to the Core. Product Description

The QIO-ML2x2 provides two channels of balanced mic/line input and two channels of balanced line output, each on individual 6-pin Euroblock connectors, transporting Q-LAN networked audio to and from the system processor over standard gigabit Ethernet. The inputs are remotely configurable for microphone or line level and supply +48 VDC phantom power (10 mA maximum per input) for condenser microphones. Like the rest of the QIO platform, it uses DiffServ QoS, IGMP, and IEEE 1588 (PTPv2) synchronization for 3.167 ms end-to-end system latency, including across Layer-3 routed networks. The unit operates on PoE or 24 VDC with daisy-chainable power and pass-through Ethernet, so up to four QIO peripherals can share a single switch port when DC power is supplied. A quarter-rack-width, sub-1U chassis includes reversible steel brackets for under-table or on-wall mounting and supports an optional 19-inch rack tray. It complements the input-only QIO-ML4i and output-only QIO-L4o, and mounts with the QIO-RMK rack tray.
