Product Overview
The QSC DPC-10 is a 10-foot DataPort cable that connects QSC DataPort power amplifiers to Q-SYS and QSControl processing for integrated amplifier control and real-time monitoring. It terminates in a shielded HD15 (DB15) connector on each end, carrying audio, control, and amplifier status signals over a single cable. The 10-foot length is the longest in the DPC range, suited for connections between separate racks or amplifiers positioned away from the processor.
Product Description
QSC DataPort cables are offered in a range of lengths for audio systems both large and small. They are intended for use with Q-SYS, QSControl, and QSC DSP system applications where DataPort amplifier connectivity and system programming are required. The HD15 DataPort connection lets compatible QSC amplifiers be monitored and controlled from the system processor, reporting amplifier status back to Q-SYS Designer while passing audio to the amplifier channels. The DPC-10 is also available in shorter lengths as the DPC-2 (2 ft), DPC-4 (4 ft), and DPC-6 (6 ft). To break out individual DataPort pins for contact-closure or standby control, pair the cable with the QSC DDI-11 DataPort interface card.
